Working Girl

Bonjour ma petit filous

So hello every body, now your probably wondering why the french right? Well no reason I simply felt like it (I sincerely hope I didn't offend). So just a super quick OOTD for you all on this fine evening as I am absolutely shattered. Now if you've been following me on Twitter or Instagram or indeed in you've read my latest post then you will know that I've finaly got a new job. Yey me! Today consequently was the first day of training. I must admit I felt rather fancy doing a 9-5 (well 9:00-5:30) day as working in retail you don't normally work your average Monday to Friday , 9 to 5 schedule. Sometimes it's refreshing to feel a bit more normal.

 White T-shirt- Asos
Kristen Jeans-  Topshop
Fluffy Cardigan- Primark (curent)
Sparkly Socks- Asda (sale)
Studded Creepers- New Look (sale)
'Vickie' Satchel - A New Moda
Sunglasses- eBay
Nail varnish- Ciate Via Glossybox
Lipstick- 1D for MUA via Superdrug, shade Rock Me (louis)

Now onto the outfit! I decided to keep things rather simple and classic today as I wasn't sure on how I was meant to be dressing. However I knew it would be a long day and I would definitely want to be comfy. So I decided on two things, a classic white t-shirt and jeans combo and a simple monochrome colour scheme. Now can we all take a moment to recognise how actually amazing my father is. Yes I believe we have all come to know about my father's generosity as of late ( I am extremely grateful for everything he does for me and I am in no way 'spoilt') and yesterday was no exception. Like the cutie he is he walked into town with me for my second interview so I wouldn't be bored and on the way of course we browsed a few shops, mainly Primark and New Look were I pointed out a few items. Low and behold I got back from my interview and my father, grin on face passed me some bags, inside were the two items I had seen! He says it's to say well done on getting my job and I say I am the luckiest girl in the world. One of the items was this amazing 'shaggy' over sized cardigan from Primark that I just know will be one of my AW staples. Thanks Dad!

Now I hope you all enjoyed this ootd I know it's nothing really that spectacular however I wanted to share what I wore in case any of you find yourselves in a similar position and with nothing to wear. Sorry it's not the longest, or most well written post my brain is pretty scrambled and if I carry on I'm afraid you will all run to the hills.

Until next time.
